Dataset Description

This atlas describes cell populations in the adult human proximal epididymis, including principal, apical or narrow, clear, basal and efferent duct-associated cells. The original study examined cell-specific functions and the distribution of CFTR relevant to the epididymal environment.

Three proximal epididymis samples, aged 31, 32 and 57 years. The tissue scope does not cover the entire epididymis.
