Dataset Description

This atlas presents the normal developmental subset of GSE149512, spanning childhood, puberty and adulthood. It supports exploration of germ cell differentiation and the changing testicular somatic environment, including Sertoli, Leydig and peritubular myoid cells.

Ten normal developmental samples. This atlas shares source material with the human germ cell lineage and NOA atlases.
