Dataset Description

This atlas compares adult testes with normal spermatogenesis and non-obstructive azoospermia in GSE149512. It includes idiopathic NOA, Klinefelter syndrome and AZFa deletion, enabling exploration of germ cell loss and changes in the testicular somatic environment.

Five adult controls and seven NOA samples: 27,597 Normal, 20,865 iNOA, 8,267 KS and 5,434 AZFa_Del cells. Adult controls overlap the developmental atlas.
