Mouse Epididymis Vas deferens Atlas

This atlas covers the caput, corpus and cauda epididymis and the vas deferens in adult mice. It captures regional principal cell specialization together with clear, basal, stromal, muscle, vascular and immune cell populations involved in the sperm maturation environment.

Tissues from four adult male mice were pooled into Caput, Corpus, Cauda and Vasdef libraries. These four regional libraries are not independent biological replicates.
