Dataset Description

This germ cell subset of the human testis developmental atlas describes transcriptional states from spermatogonia through spermatocytes to spermatids. It shares the GSE149512 source cohort with the developmental atlas and is not an independent donor cohort.

Fourteen detailed populations and four broader annotations from the normal human developmental cohort; this is not an independent cohort.
