Dataset Description

This germ cell subset of GSE211115 spans spermatogonial differentiation, meiosis and spermatid development. The atlas retains detailed stage labels for exploring transcriptional progression and can be viewed alongside the complete mouse testis developmental atlas.

Eighteen detailed populations and four broader annotations from the mouse developmental cohort, with overlapping cells.
